Hey guys. Pete here from PeteTansley.com
In the second part of this series, I’m going to share with you how to run a really, really good fitness retreat that makes money that you work with your ideal clients with and you have a lot of fun along the way.
In part 1, I shared those three or four tips on how to attract and then sell really really good clients for your retreat.
Today, let’s look at how to run them. Once you have the 10 clients come with you, let’s look at how to structure their treat and how to run it for huge success.
If you get this wrong, what you’ll find is the clients want to have a fantastic time. They won’t refer people for the next retreat and you find yourself quite stressed out and trying to appeal to all types of people. If you get this right, it runs effortlessly. It runs really smooth. The clients will refer their friends and they get home or they might even book a second or third time, like many minds when I was running them in Bali.
Tip#1: Split up the days.
So, if you break it down into what would be included in a day there’s really four things.
- Fitness side of things. That’s a given that the workouts the morning and P.M. work that’s what you do.
- Education. So you want to be giving seminars and perhaps some one on one time.
- Some adventure time. Chances are you’ve chosen a cool destination. Maybe in Bali or Tahiti or Hawaii wherever it is, I’m sure there’s heaps of adventurous things to go on.
- Free time. These clients are with you on a holiday. So give them some free time.
To wrap it up, the four parts we have got workouts time, we’ve got education time we’ve got adventure time and we’ve got free time. So structure the week and the days with all those four things in mind.
Tip#2: Make sure you have some one on one time to set up their 12 week structure once they leave the retreat.
So, the idea is—like I shared with you in the previous video—that once they get home you’ve set up a 12 week online program that includes their diet, their mindset, their mobility, their nutrition whatever they need to reach success. Talk them through on how that’s going to work and onboard them into that program so it’s a smooth and really easy transition.
I hope it helps guys.
Video 1 covered how to market and and to set up the information the funnels. Video 2, this one here, told you the four ways to structure the day and how to onboard them for the massive success once they leave the retreat.
Hey, if you like this video or if you found it helpful please give it a like give it a share or maybe even tag somebody or send it to somebody who wants to run retreats or perhaps wants to add them to their toolbox as a personal trainer, as a dietitian, as a naturopath and they can have a lot of fun with it.
