Hi, I’m Pete Tansley.
I always laugh when I read other peoples “about me” pages. Do you want to know why? Well mostly due to the fact they are almost always written in third person… even though they’ve probably been written by the owner of the site.
So after Pete Tansley made dozens of attempts to sound much funnier and smarter than he actually is by writing about himself in the third person, he quickly gave up.
Instead, he decided to write some things about himself.
So… What would you like to know?
I’m 31 years old from Brisbane, Australia. I'm a dad to twins. I’m also a massive foodie and a fitness fanatic.

Hopefully I can help you. But for many readers, the short answer is NO.
1. If you’re searching for an “Easy Way” or for the next “Hack” then I'm afraid I can’t help you.
After 13 years in the industry, I've come to realise there is no such thing as a "quick fix"
If you want instant success, I’m afraid I can’t help you. It's that simple. You have to be both ambitious AND patient on this journey.
Whenever I chat with someone who asks,“what’s the easiest way”, I can tell that they’re not fully invested in their own long term success.
And that means they won't be willing to put in the required work.
Look, selling personal training, growing a team and building a remarkable business is HARD WORK. Sure, when it’s all up and running, it can be just like you imagined: Hugely profitable, lots of fun, and provide you with all of the freedom you want.
But that takes HARD WORK to create and it takes even HARDER WORK to maintain.
So no looking for short cuts, cool?
2. If you’re slow to implement what you learn, I can’t help you.
My most successful clients are the ones who have learned to apply what they learn immediately.
The best way to ensure you will reach your goals is to take immediate action.
I like to work super fast, and the clients I work well with do, too.
3. If you already think you “know it all” then I can’t help you.
Too often people assume they know what to do. They assume they’re already an expert.
Pretending you know something when you don’t limits your own effectiveness and will definitely limit your business.
You need to have a beginner’s mindset. This is the opposite of the expert mindset. Adopting a beginner’s mindset is one way to become more comfortable with not knowing.
Only then, are you ready to learn something new and apply it your life and business.
